A Little Busy

I have just been too busy over the past few months. Here is just a snippit of what Ive been up to. Got an awasome tattoo, designed elf fabric, won $4 on the lottery, fed the birds, fed the deer, fed more deer, crochetted a little purse gift, made felt food gifts, made more felt food gifts, sewed lots of purses, sewed lots more make up bags, sat by the fake fireplace and relaxed. Whew.

Then I had a break for a few days and I redesigned my cross body purses with adjustable strap to take a little cost out of it. They were so labor intensive that I had to charge $45 with shipping. Now they are almost identical but only $35 with shipping. The only difference you would notice is the inside pocket is smaller and doesn't have a snap. AND the material I am using is actually sturdier poly twill and a poly webbing strap.

Because this new design is so much easier, I will be adding more fabrics soon. Please stop by the store and see what's new.

A Little Kool - Crossbody Purse

Been building this cool new thing for you. I am so happy to introduce my new line of awesome purses. A few years ago I made purses, but the design was so time consuming that you would not have wanted to pay what I would have needed to charge. I wanted to have the same great look, and many of the same great features of that purse, but I wanted to be able to charge you a decent price.

I took my old pattern and redesigned it. Now you don't have to pay an arm and a leg and I don't have to pull my hair out every time I make one. We both win.

The purses have extra long straps, but can be arranged to be shoulder length or hand held. They have an extra deep snapped pocket inside and a magnetic snap tab closure at top. Click on a picture to take you to my store where you can find out more.

So I might just get a little carried away with my shop of the day today. I fell in love with some of her items and HAD to buy some. I did a little custom request and got a batch of really cool feltie Ornments for my Christmas tree.

Oh the shop. I was so excited I almost forgot. The shop is That's Incredibow on Etsy. Felties, Clippie Bows and Machine patterns so you can make your own.

.What can I say about my shop of the day? Great Prices, Great Quality, Great service. You have to shop at The Biting Gnome at Storenvy.

In this shop you will find reconstructed shirts, slouch hats, the best nonslip headbands you've ever worn, adorable sock monsters, infinity scarves, key fobs and more all at unbelievable prices. I'm going back now for more. At these prices I don't even need to sew gifts for my family to save money.

I've known the owner for years and know that you will get good service and the best quality. And everything is super awesome especially the reconstructed shirts, or maybe the fingerless gloves, or the headbands, or the slouch hats. Oh well, just stop by and shop for yourself.

I Love Love Love today's Etsy shop. In fact I've used her product for years. Soaps, Lotions, Body Creams, Shampoo, Conditioner there is no end. Dirty Ass Soap not only has what your friends want for the holidays, but they will have a hard time prying them from your hands when you get your order.

Geeky cool soaps like the ones below and so much more, ultra realistic. Vegan, wonderful scents, super creamy, and they last like you would not believe. I think I need more now, even though I have a few bars in the shower that just haven't melted away like some of the other bars I have. I like variety, who doesn't.

I featured soaps here, cause they're extra cute and geeky, but let me tell you, the body butters not only smell fantastic, but they are so darn rich and satiny that you only need a tiny bit. They really are like butter because it just melts into your skin.

I have not tried the shampoo, conditioner or room spritz but I guarantee they are top quality too. Forget Bath and Body Works, this stuff is fantastic. Did I mention fantastic?

My shop of the day is another wonderful Etsy fiber shop Julian Bean where you can find the most adorable crocheted thingies. Just look at these!

Below is only a sample of the cute hats, play food, blankets, rug and so much more. She even makes a great mermaid tail and the shark and mermaid come in adult sizes too. LOVE!

I mean what kid wouldn't love a minion hat and she has so many hats that are just as cute. The play food is great too with such a wide selection. What are you waiting for? Check her out!

Today I'm going to tell you about more awesome gifts from my shop. One of my best gift items are my Geeky Pot Holders and boy do I have a lot of them. Your Geeky friend who cooks will love them. Great idea for moving gifts, bridal showers or college kids too.

I have SOO many fabrics too. Doctor Who, Alice in Wonderland, Star Trek and Star Wars, Ninja Turtles, I even have some Gothic Skull and Rose and the Smurfs. They are padded durable, washable, and so unique. Come check them out.

Another great Etsy shop I love is Glamasaurus. This shop is in Switzerland guys, so if you are in the US, shop early.

When you visit the shop, you will find all kinds of fantastic trinkets. She has jewelry, hair thingies, and the thing I love the most is the truly awesome embroidery. I have a few samples below. I love the little shrubs and the Cthulhu is to die for.

I've had my eye on The Etsy Shop Dina Fragola for a very long time. This shop has the best Kawaii, Fairy and Kitsch jewelry and accessories around. The shop is in Belgium, so you need to order by December first if you are in the US.

My fave are the toadstool earrings, but the Girl Cats are pretty Sweet too. Oh and how could I forget Alice in Wonderland and the White Rabbit.

I wish I could post everything in the shop, but time and space limit me. Best to run to Dina Fragola right now to see everything for yourself.

A Little Sassy

Letting the world know how you really feel.

I am so excited to introduce my new line of jewelry. I bought stamping sets earlier this year but just didn't have time to make what I had in mind. I did have the opportunity to experiment and the process I use is super durable.

I'm using aluminum tags with sassy and geeky sayings. The letters are filled with a durable paint (sometimes in color) and sealed with museum quality Renaissance wax to protect it all. I made a colored aluminum (anodized) tag for a very active dog and it hasn't chipped, scratched or worn away in 4 months of wear. That wax sealer is fantastic.

I'm adding more things every day, but if you don't see what you want look for my sutom listings or just ask me. There is a limit with characters, but no limit to your creativity.
